Welcome!

In 2021 I did my Higher Level Leaving Certficiate Maths Exam, and I scored 97%. I love teaching and speaking to fellow students, so when I started studying Mechanical and Sustainable Engineering at DCU the next year, I made it my goal to become a tutor and someone who can speak on behalf of all students.

In my first year tutoring I regularly supported seven students with various years of second level maths. Of these students, four sat the 2021 LC HL Exam. 

I am so excited to take more students this academic year, and at this stage I have got nearly one hundred hours of tutoring experience under my belt coming into it. I'm currently in training with DCU's ELEVATE Peer Mentor Training Program for Undergraduate Engineering Students, and this is going to allow me to improve as a Maths Tutor as the year goes on also.

I am deeply passionate about maths and I am convinced that I can show students the beauty of it, from the sunflower's biological-mathematic strategy of seeds, to the "perfect equation". How I aim to raise students' grades is by putting a smile on their face while they learn maths, thus allowing them to approach their own classroom from a new, more optimistic state of mind.
